These terms apply when you access the BioTeam Labs website or place an order.

Research-use products

Products offered by BioTeam Labs are sold for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or in vitro research only. They are not sold for human consumption, self-administration, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of disease.

Customer eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from BioTeam Labs. By ordering, you confirm that your purchase is for a lawful research purpose consistent with these terms. We may decline or cancel an order when the information available to us indicates otherwise.

Product information

We work to keep product names, quantities, images, and documentation accurate. When a Certificate of Analysis or other analytical record is provided, it reports information associated with that material or lot and does not represent approval for human or veterinary use.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment verification, and fraud screening. When online payment processing is enabled, payment services may be provided by a third-party processor under that provider’s terms.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, cancellations, damaged packages, and return eligibility are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Support

BioTeam Labs support can help with orders, shipping, product documentation, and website questions. We do not provide dosing, administration, medical, treatment, or veterinary guidance.

Website use

You may not use this website or products for an unlawful purpose or in a way that conflicts with these research-use restrictions. We may limit access or refuse service when reasonably necessary.
